OCONEE COMMERCIAL COMPLEX is a large, multi-tenant complex that has been serving the warehousing and small business needs of Middle Georgia for the last 25 years.  We can accommodate tenants desiring space ranging from 50 to 50,000 square feet.  The zoning is “industrial.”

Our plant was formerly a clay pipe manufacturing plant built around 1955.  We purchased, renovated and expanded the plant in 1982.  The principal construction of our buildings is brick and corrugated metal panels. Ceiling heights range from ten to thirty feet and many warehouses are equipped with loading docks. The facility also has an on-site truck scale can weigh up to 100,000 pounds.

The complex is located on 70 acres of land (with the principal buildings within 46.48 fenced acres) at 951 Barrows Ferry Road, in the city of Milledgeville, Georgia, in Baldwin County.  The complex is approximately one and a quarter miles from the center of downtown Milledgeville. 

Milledgeville was formerly the capitol of Georgia and is located in the center of our state.  We are located 28 miles from access to Highway I-75; .3 miles from U. S. Hwy. 441 and GA Hwy. 49.  We are five miles from the Milledgeville airport and 30 miles from the Macon airport.

Utilities are served by the following:  The city of Milledgeville supplies our water needs with a 6-inch main and takes care of sewage treatment.  Georgia Power Company supplies electricity.
